An-Artwork-A-Day, Day 27

An Artwork A Day, Digital Art

I’m pondering if I’ve finally found my unique (hopefully) artistic style that I shall further improve and stick with. I know that every artist should have his/her own signature style that will make him/her different from others.

Is this okay?
I did this style with my recent works. I know I need to further improve my human anatomy. So I’m still studying and observing what I can see.
I used Autodesk Sketchbook Pro (for tablets) on my Galaxy Note 8.0.

The next thing I’m gonna do is to try this style in traditional means.

And tomorrow, I shall work on my friends portrait again. These past couple of days has been busy with family activities.

Dear Friend (I think she might be reading this): I’ll work on it tomorrow!
(And I won’t say “I promise”) =P

“I almost forgot I’m allergic to seafood.”

I was testing my limits with seafood at dinner. I was well aware that my doctor said that I am allergic to seafood. Sometimes I couldn’t believe it myself. And so I ate what I think is a lot and then I begin to feel the food having difficulty sliding down my throat. . . so that’s how it feels. Later it became a little bit harder to breathe. :)))
I ate a teaspoon of brown sugar and drank a mug of sweet warm milk when I got home. Slowly but surely, I felt better.

For this, I used Autodesk Sketchbook Pro (for tablets) on my Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet.

I should get myself some hard pastels and try this style for real. Last night, I tried it on the Line Brush app where there’s a “hard pastel” brush. With Sketchbook Pro, I just adjusted a pencil brush setting so it’ll look as if I used hard pastels. . . or something.

I haven’t tried hard pastels for real, I haven’t seen some of those in the art shops I used to go to (or maybe I haven’t asked), and there’s definitely none of those in non-specialty shops. But one of these days, I’ll check.

I just saw Frozen again, I watched it with my brother.

I still got “Let it Go” stuck in my head.
